At FOX, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
